The Columbia City Gallery is an artists’ cooperative that brings together emerging and professional artists working in diverse media. The gallery provides an exhibition space for local artists, additional space for exhibits by guest artists &  a welcoming environment for visitors of all ages.

The Columbia City Gallery
The Columbia City Gallery is an artist-run collective that represents local artists. A wide range of media and styles make up our exhibits, including representational and abstract painting, prints, mixed media, sculpture, glass, ceramics, enamel and hand crafted jewelry.

The Mission of the gallery is to provide an exhibition space for local artists, an educational center for creative endeavors and a gathering place for our neighbors to experience art. Founded in 1999, the gallery has succeeded in becoming a lively center of the community. The gallery is located in the heart of the Historic District of Columbia City, on Rainier Avenue South. This Southeast Seattle neighborhood offers a vibrant and dynamic experience. Ample parking is available.

SouthEast Effective Development is the parent organization for the Columbia City Gallery. For more information about SEED, go to
